How much do you spend on your highlights?

Full head or partial?

And how often do you go?

I had a partial about a month and a half ago and it was $155 --- I feel like it's starting to fade and want to get it done again soon, but feel guilty spending that much money on myself again. The 155 included cut and blowout.

If it included the cut and blowout it's not a terrible price. Still a little high though I think. I pay about 90 for a partial. I usually only get a full once a year around this time. Otherwise I go three months in between. But I really stretch it out!!!! I think it also depends on how dark your natural color is...and if you can tolerate roots!

To be honest the roots aren't bad at all right now. I think they are pretty natural looking highlights. But when I first got it done the color was much lighter...and it's getting closer to my natural hair color, less noticable. It probably IS supposed to be that way because since it was my first time getting it done, I wanted it natural and subtle, but since I had the big color change in the beginning and liked it, I kinda want it back.

Yeah, mine changes a lot too-after a few weeks it isn't as light because it oxidizes.
Remember it will probably get lighter again now that summer is almost here and you spend more time in the sun!

That's exactly what I spend. It's $155 for full head highlights and cut and blow out.

I got about every 8-12 weeks. It can be costly, but it's my luxury

I pay 25$ because I know the girl that does it, she does it from her house

$160 for half a head and I go every 8 weeks or so

I would spend about 190.00 just on highlights..I'm so over them(on me) so now I went back to my natural boring dark brown.My highlights would only look good for a few weeks then they would get brassy on me

I spend $180 on full head highlights, cut and blow. I usually get them done 4x a year.

60 bucks highlights and low lights, haircut and blow dry. I get it done every 8 weeks

Where I go, my full head with a haircut was $140.
