Any "all-inclusive" resorts around here?

We are looking to go away in July with our 2 month old, but would also like to go somewhere that is either all inclusive (kind of like cove haven) or have restaurants in and around the hotel. Any ideas of places around here where we can drive too? Thanks!

I think I have places bookmarked at home but off the top of my head is the Rocking Horse Ranch upstate. Great Wolf Lodge in PA and the Split Rock Resort also in PA.

My friend got married there. I don't remember there being any meal plans, but there was a nice restaurant and a becah bar type of place.
