Made Great Turkey Burgers on Saturday
They were delish and moist . . .
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey meat
1 10oz package of chopped spinach
1 4-6 oz pkg of feta cheese
salt and pepper
1-2 tbsp garlic powder (depends on how garlicky you like it)
Defrost the spinach and squeeze ALL of the water out. I use a kitchen towel to get it all out. Then mix the spinach, feta, turkey meat, salt, pepper, and garlic powder really well (get in there good and mix everything up or else you will have big clumps of spinach). Then score into 6 parts and make patties.
Throw them on the grill and serve on whole wheat buns.
I dolloped dijon mustard on them - DELISH!!!

WOW...these sounds GREAT!!
I saw a show on the FoodTV channel that this woman made burges with ground lamb instead of the turkey but I like the sound of turkey better!!
I think I will have to try these this weekend!!

They were, and you can always use more or less feta, depending on preference.
