Awesome little appetizers!

whole wheat wraps(any kind but was told these 'turkish' wraps work real well)
red or orange peppers (used 2 large)
pine nuts
vegetable cream cheese
arugala

Glaze peppers w/olive oil. Place in oven til soft. Peel skin off.
Cut in thin small slices.
Brown pine nuts in pan.
Put a thin layer of cream cheese on wrap.
Sprinkle pine nuts on cream cheese.
Layer sliced peppers and arugala on top.
Roll up wrap, place in fridge for it to 'set' a bit, then cut roll into 1/2-1" slices.
