Vets in Setauket Area
since I have had it with the treament (or lack thereof) at west hills, I am looking for a new vet (closer to my house anyway) in Setauket/Stony brook, Port Jeff area.
Would like to have more than one doctor and weekend hours.

one on Stony Brook Road- and I am not sure where the other one is- but he wanted to drive the cats out there

My MIL used the vets in the SB/Setauket area - one butchered their senior dog when he had to put down, and the others she were very $$$$.
She found Dr. Cardinali through a friend at work and has been taking her two yorkies to them for the past 3 years.
We're using him as well for our new puppy.

I used to go to Jefferson animal Hospital in Port Jeff. #473 0415. Its Kathy116 DH. I loved him. Always took his time and answered any silly little questions I had about Sandy. We bored her there a few times also.

Thanks Irishbride for the nice words about DH
My DH's practice has three vets, and they do have evening and weekend hours.
If there are any specific questions, please feel free to FM me, or just call the practice and the receptionists are more than willing to answer any of your questions.
