Best type of exercise for weight loss?
What is the best type - Cardio combined with dieting etc?

I think it's a combo of weight training and cardio. You need to build more muscle for weight loss...
A pound of fat burns like 3 calories an hour-- while a pound of muscle burns 28 calories. So-- if you build up your muscle, you will burn more calories while sitting on the couch, than if you had less muscle. Plus-- you get more toned.
And of course, a healthy, balanced diet.
