I haven't been on one, but I plan too. I have heard nothing but great things about Holland America.

I went on one in March (NY to caribbean). We had a really great time and were very happy with everything. However, it is a much older crowd so if you are looking for a party boat I wouldn't really reccomend this. If you are looking for great food and a relaxing, higher end boat then book it!!
