I think I make a good chili and good meatballs
and I've been complimented on my spinach artichoke hot dip but I have made it differently each time I don't even know what i put in it anymore!

For me, it's Chicken a la King. It's a family recipe, sooo easy (it's all in the microwave except for the rice) and it's yummy!!

lemon chicken - it's the katie couric recipe that someone posted on here. i double the lemon juice that the recipe calls for. SO yummy!

I asked my DH what my best dish was and he said reservations at Peter Luger's.
Seriously, my best dish is Chicken and Dumplings. I got it from my grandma.

Anything Tex-Mex. But, my husband loves my "puffy" tacos. I make chicken fajita, beef fajita, beanncheese, carne guisada (chuck beef w/gravy), and avocado puffy tacos.
I stole the recipes when I used to work at this Restaurant in Texas. Here is a picture:
