Ate like a pig this weekend
i hate so much this weekend. i was at the ball park both days. i ate so much. i'm getting back on the wagon toomorrow. no matter how cold my office it, i'm going to get my water in. i'm going to work my arse off at the gym. no matter how much it hurts, i'm going to the gym

so far so good. last nite i had train trouble so i couldn't make the planned dinner. but i'm back on the wagon. i bought some fruit from the stand this morning
