another progesterone question
This is my first month using it. They said it could delay AF even if I was not PG so I have to come for bloodwork. Today is cd27 and usually I would be spotting by now.
I am trying not get excited because I think all the reasons I would get excited might just be because of the progesterone.
My question is, does the progesterone ALWAYS delay AF or just "may" delay. For those who have used it. Has AF ever visited before you stopped it.
TIA

Re: another progesterone question
Never got AF while on progesterone. It has delayed it even days after I stopped using it. I have had AF delayed a week from it. Of course, when I first started it, noone told me about this. When I reached 20 dpo...and had high temps I thought for sure I was pregnant.... :(
In fact, it can even cause a person to not 'bleed' from a miscarriage. Miscarriages can be 'missed' when on progesterone.

Re: another progesterone question
yes, it did when I was doing IUI's. When I stopped it, it would come a few days later.

I have been using them for quite a few months and for me, they do not delay AF. In fact, AF usually comes and then I stop taking them.
