i just cant take this anymore
i hate my body
every since i had the baby it has been so hard to lose weight. i need motivation. i am wathcing what i eat and being careful, but i know i need to step up the cardio and weights. i just am so tired by the time the night comes i have no energy left for me
sorry just needed to vent. i am tired of my clothes not fitting me right.
