Multi-Vitamins

I have something from GNC but the "serving" is 4 pills.

4 freaking huge horse pills that smell disgusting and make me gag.

Now, 1 or even 2 of these-- I can deal with, but not FOUR.

Please recco a good multi with lots of good stuff in it, that will not make me gag when I just think about taking them

Thanks!

ps-- I just got the Viactiv chewable multi-- which is good in a pinch, but it really does not have the overall nutrients/vitamins I am looking for.

Re: Multi-Vitamins

I take one-a-day multivitamin.
The only thing it really lacks is Calcium, but I drink milk, so it's not a problem.

Re: Multi-Vitamins

I take one of those hair/skin/nails jobs that has been working wonders. Also it's not too big.

Then I take vivactiv or whatever it's called for my calcium.

I can't find the ones that I take online for some reason (weird), but GNC carries these:

This one you take 3x/day

This one you take 2x/day (not sure if you're vegan - they do have gelatin):

And in searching for what I take, I found these (another 2x/day pill) and I want to try them:

Re: Multi-Vitamins

I have absolutely noticed a difference. I started taking them in May - my nails are stronger and healthier, my skin looks better than it has in a long time (I used to get those stress break outs on my jaw line and chin) and my hair is slowly getting thicker.

I take fish oil supplements, too.
