Do you take multivitamins?
I am thinking perhaps I should... I've tried Centrum and One a day, both gave me stomachache and faint/dizzy spells.
What do you take and do you like it? TIA

I take a multi vitamin everyday.
I like the Mega-Woman one from GNC.
I find that if I take my vitamin on an empty stomach...I feel sick, so I wait until after I have breakfast then take it.

I used to take this before I got PG. GNC said that Centrum is all synthetic, so I ttok the women's megavitamin.
I now take pre-natals

I try to, but I don't usually remember. I take one a day when I remember.
Have you taken them on an empty stomach? I feel nauseous after taking them if I haven't eaten.

I take the same one and apparently I have an iron gut because I take mine on an empty stomach once I get out of the shower in the morning.

i take a one a day essential and a vitamin c pill every day!
i like them
oh...and i take them right after having a cup of coffee every morning- no food, and i've never felt naucious

I take the Flinstones vitamins. They are the only ones that don't bother my stomach.

*Centrum Complete
*Cal/Mag supplement
*B-Complex w/Folic Acid supplement

Better absorption w/food
and you're more likely to get an upset stomach if you don't have something in your gut.

i take these also. they were recommended to me years ago by my back dr because i need as much calcium as i can get, and each pill has 500mg. I also get nauseous when i take them on an empty stomach so i take it with chocolate soy milk every night

I work for a vitamin company so it would be silly for me not to. I always go for the gel ones. I also take chewable calcium and chewable vitamin c. I have to take the multis on a full stomach or I get sick.

I take my vitamin every night after dinner. I take Primacare which is a pre-natal even though we are not TTC until the fall.

I don't know what my problem is! I buy vitamins every now and again, then I don't take them. I take a BCP everyday so I don't know why I don't take a vitamin. Just a few months ago I bought some from GNC. I think I took them for 3 days!

I take my vitamin around the same time everyday....like a routine! try and take them the same time everyday...set a timer or a reminder for yourself!
