Strip Aerobics
I just purchased Carmen Eleckra's Strip Aerobics Videos. I did the first one last night and thought it was fun and I got a good workout.
Has anyone else used these videos?

don't have the vids, but take the class occasionally at the gym. I love it.
no wonder those chicks are generally in good shape.
