Abby sleeps in the bed with us ever since she stopped sleeping in the crate at night...which was at like 14-15 weeks old...

In our bed. She slept in her crate only the first night we had her home with us.
I love her sleeping with us. She moves if we need her to and she gets up with me when I need to feed the baby

On the floor in his bed next to the bed. Until 4am then he jumps into bed with me and my BF. . . . right inbetween us...ON OUR PILLOWS LOL I swear he was a person in his past life.

She sleeps in her bed on our bed, but she won't get larger than 10 lbs. She's 3 lbs now.

Although Peanut has free reign of the house, she sleeps in our bed every night.

He sleeps in his cage. I've never let him up in our bed. He's too little i'm afraid, plus it's not something I want to start.

usually jack sleeps on the floor on his bed or on a pillow, he's only on our bed if its a storm out he gets really scared,
the only reason he doesn't come on our bed all the time is because its too high for him to jump up!

both our dogs sleep in their crate at night, in another room. I would have it no other way.. it is hard enough to sleep with DH in the bed, I couldn't handle my DH, a JR and a lab in my bed

Casey sleeps in our downstairs TV room in her own doggie bed, behind my DH's recliner. That's been her "spot" since day one. We don't allow her upstairs without us and it is gated off at night and when we are at work, so she doesnt even try to sleep with us.

Quick question for those of you that said your dog sleeps in their own bed in your room-How did you get your dog to stay in their own bed & not jump in yours? Was there much training involved or did it just happen naturally? TIA!
Well, since we bought a new gigantic king sized bed when we moved into our house, Gizmo can't get up on his own  It made the transition easy otherwise I don't know how we would train him. He slept with me in bed for his first 11 years if life

My lhasa is little and he sleeps in my bed, but now he is starting to make in the house in the middle of the night (vet says nothing wrong - only attitude) so he will probably be going back into the crate.
My labradoodle sleeps anywhere she wants on the floor, but might end up being crated from other issues.
My new one, is still in the crate, and probably will be staying there.

From day one we trained him that when we say "night night" he goes right into his cage and snuggles with his blankets . He has never tried to jump on our bed, I do not think he'd be able to make it up.
