UPDATE - NEW JOB
Update:
I went over at 2 and was told about the position and the salary. Everything was great.
I found a few cons but honestly they are so ridiculous I shouldnt even count them as a con. The pay is bi-monthly and instead of 9 - 5 I'll be 8 - 5.
Since this company is our sister/marketing company (the CEO of this company owns a percentage of the company I am with until tomorrow) my seniority and PTO will just transfer over. So I dont loose anything 
I mentioned my cruise and it was not a problem at all. The guy even told me he understood because when he started with the company he had a trip to Ireland booked so he completely understands. He wrote it on his calendar that I'll need the week off. I was so nervous about that, but it worked out 
When I got back to the office I told the boss and he got so upset. He knew I was going to go and was my biggest supporter for me and this position. After about an hour of everything getting settled he called a meeting and told everyone that tomorrow was my last day and i was going over to the other company.
I am so nervous as this is something new, but I know some people at this company already (some I have met and some I have only dealt with over the phone), I know the products, I know the system, and that makes it a little more comforting. I just hope on Monday I drive to the right parking lot
