weight watchers qs
so i am thinking of joining and i am just curious for those who are members, how much wieght did you lose the 1st 2 weeks?

I joined on-line and lost 6lbs
it could've been more but I had a big party in the 2nd week that I didn't hold back at

First 2 weeks were 3+ lbs, after that it was about a 1-2lbs a week.

first week was almost 4 and following week was 2 and a half. depends on how your body reacts.
