When I am actually ON program?
Typically I eat: Breakfast: cereal with milk 3-5 pts. another cup of milk throughout morning in my coffee 2 pts
snack: banana or a light yogurt 2 pts
lunch: veggie burger on mini whole wheat pita 3 pts. baby carrots 0 pts.
snack: Jolly time healthy pop microwave popcorn, or pretzels - 2 pts
dinner: almost always have salad 1 pt for dressing then I eat whatever points I have left for the day chicken, ground turkey dishes or turkey burgers, pastas, beans and rice, egg white omelettes
At dinner, I also try to eat the # of servings of fruits/veggies I haven't gotten in during the day.
Does that help? Many people say they don't eat cereal for breakfast because they are hungry again too soon and try to eat protein in the morning. I find if I eat a hiogh fiber cereal, it works for me. I often eat the frozen meals (I like Lean cusine the best) for lunch with baby carrots or a piece of fruit

Re: Weight watchers question...
I can tell you some examples, I don't change it up much but I know I should.
Breakfast: light english muffin with either peanutbutter or one egg with one slice of regular american. These are both 5 points. You could make it less points by using ff cheese, but the regular cheese fills me up and just tastes better. Or you could do three egg whites which are only 1 point.
Snack: Usually fruit or yogurt.
Lunch: sometimes I eat fat free bologna which is 1 pt for two slices on whole wheat bread (1 pt) with mustard. You could also add cheese. And a salad.
Afternoon snack, usually fat free pudding (2 pts.) Or carrots or some kind of veggies.
Dinner: chicken with veggies, steak, shrimp and brown rice.
Dessert: My weakness is carvel fat free flying saucers, they are 4 pts each but very worth it!!!
I h ope this helps you!! Good Luck!

sounds like me-lol
My meals look very similar to everyone else who posted. I try to leave as many points as possible for dinner without starving throughout the day.

Have you tried the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches? They look like Carvel flying saucers and are in the freezer case in the supermarket. Most are 2 pts, I think the peanut butter flavor is 3 pts.

Re: Weight watchers question...
morning 1/2 bagel with PB and fruit. always throw out the other 1/2 before you start eating. so that is 6 points
snack-another fruit 1point
lunch-usually anything that is under 6 points. soup or salad, yesterday a slice of pizza
snack ff frozen yogurt 2 points
so that brings me to 15 points
if I do overtime, I will usually grab a soy protein bar 3 points for the commute home so that I don't tear apart kitchen with hunger when I get home
so that is 18.
then last night I had garden veg soup, I add a ton of cabbage to it. or I will eat a salad.
