I made this last night. I had the recipe but I am not sure where I got it from.

Ingredients:
2 cups of hot water
10 - 16 oz. bag of frozen mix veggies (make sure they are at least semi thawed)
Can of Cream of Chicken Soup ( I brought the Healthy Request one, it is fat free)
1 lb of chicken breasts (I used thinly sliced chicken cutlets)
Chicken Stove Top Stuffing

Mix the water and stuffing in a bowl and set aside. Mix the veggies and the can of cream of chicken soup in another bowl and set that aside. Place the chicken in a casserole dish. Spoon the veggie & soup mix over the chicken. Then cover that with the stuffing. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes (I baked it for 30 minutes since my chicken slices were thin) at 425 degrees.




****The chicken came out like butter. Even DS liked it. He ate a piece a chicken and all most all the stuffing & veggies I put on his plate.
