One-Pan Chicken & Potato Bake
I made this for dinner tonight and it was SO DELICIOUS!!!!
I got the recipe from Kraft's Food & Family Magazine, but used some extra ingredients.
Chicken on the bone (I used 3 chicken breasts) 3 large potatoes, cut into wedges 1/3 of a cup Italian dressing (I used low cal) 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese Fresh ground pepper Olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Coat chicken with olive oil (I used about a teaspoon on each piece of chicken) Place chicken & potatoes in a 13x9 pan Pour dressing over chicken & potatoes Grind fresh pepper over the chicken and potatoes Sprinkle with chopped parsley Sprinkle with Romano cheese
Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees
Enjoy!

Sounds yummy D!
I'm going to give it a try! it was SO good! and SO easy. DH was most impressed then again, my usual cooking is nothing to write home about, so it's not hard to impress him

Yep! I did. I used the thick ones and cut them in half.
