One-Pan Chicken & Potato Bake

I made this for dinner tonight and it was SO DELICIOUS!!!! Chat Icon

I got the recipe from Kraft's Food & Family Magazine, but used some extra ingredients.

Chicken on the bone (I used 3 chicken breasts)
3 large potatoes, cut into wedges
1/3 of a cup Italian dressing (I used low cal)
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
Fresh ground pepper
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat chicken with olive oil (I used about a teaspoon on each piece of chicken)
Place chicken & potatoes in a 13x9 pan
Pour dressing over chicken & potatoes
Grind fresh pepper over the chicken and potatoes
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
Sprinkle with Romano cheese

Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees

Enjoy! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Yep! I did. I used the thick ones and cut them in half.

ooh my gosh! sooo good!!!
heres what i did...
i used bonless chicken breasts... i like a lot of flavor, so i used almost 1/2 cup italian dressing

bake it at 400 for 35 minutes COVERED with foil
THEN, removed the foil and baked it for another 20 minutes that to crisp up the potatoes a little more Chat Icon
then, sprinkled LOTS of romano cheese on them Chat Icon soo yummy and easy Chat Icon
