They cut a piece of my uterine lining and then will use the cells in the petri dish with my embryos

It is supposed to help with slow growing embryos, and to help implantation. So far half of it has worked, but now I just need to get the implantation part down 
No one is sure what the problem is...origianlly it was just my tubes, then we found out I was a poor responder so I was pumped with drugs resulting in bad quality eggs/embryos
I switched clinics and they fixed the bad quality, but still nothing has really implanted. The one time it did, it was outside my uterus. Then we found I had immune issues. Taking meds for that now...
It seems everyone is perplexed...

Went to the RE ...CD15...and the + opk was a fluke....Im not yet surging, but my maturest follie grew to 22 so thats a much better size. Another appointment for blood in the am, should surge in the next day or two...
