Yoga
I am one of those naturally stressed out people and I seriously need to relax.
For those of you who do or have tried yoga, does it really help relieve stress or should I try a different physical activity? TIA!

Re: Yoga
I've been wanted to begin yoga for those same reasons . Also I am a manage for a customer service dept. which completely stresses me out on a daily basis.
I need to relax and have some quiet time for myself that doesnt involve laundry and the supermarket

Re: Yoga
Yes, it takes a while to reap the full benefits but if you keep with it and have a great instructor (This is key) I find it to be relaxing like nothing else. head to toe peace, even if it's only for 20 minutes.

Re: Yoga
I think it is relaxing - there is even a few minutes at the end of every practice where you just lie there and relax! I think it's great because in order to do it properly you need to focus and forget about everything else.
