HIIT Question
So thanks to you ladies, I've started working out again. And since I have two little ones at home, HIIT seemed like the perfect thing for me since I have limited time. But here's my question, I've been doing the 5 minute warm up followed by 8 intervals of 30 second sprint and one minute fast jog. I have been doing this for three weeks now. But at some point am I supposed to increase the time of each i nterval or just do more intervals??

You can increase your speed of the fast interval, increase the length of your fast interval, or just do more reps.
There are no rules - but I would start with increasing your speed & length of fast interval before adding more reps.
If you have a treadmill you can also increase your incline during the fast interval.
