Trattatoria el Faro Blanco I believe.
I also reccomend eating at Madame Janette's - very rich foods, sorta expensive but ultra romantic outdoor eating with lights and such.
We went to the Butterfly farm this year and enjoyed that for about 1 hour- just something to break the monotony of beach or pool

great thread! i'm going to jump on to this - dh and i are going next month! is it better to rent a car for a day to drive around the island or to do a tour? also, has anyone used jolly pirates for a snorkel trip?
