If you had limited funds...
If your heart was saying "go to Europe" and your wallet was saying "stay in the US," what would you do?
A. Take a trip to a US destination
or
B. Save up to go abroad

I would go to Europe off season and go. You can do it cheaply, read a travel book and do it on the cheap! Thats much more exciting!

I have to agree with this. Europe in the off season is MUCH cheaper. You can do it if you really want to!! :O)

put it like this, U.S can be visited anytime.
Europe is one in a lifetime opportunity, definitely save up. it's so worth it!!!

save.. or go in the off season as previous posters have mentioned!
when we were dating, my husband and i went to paris in december for 6 nights for $2000 (and we stayed in a three or four star hotel) so it's definitely doable!
