Why do you want to work in this district?? The district does not have a web site to gather information or BUZZ words. The only thing I know is it is 99% minority...

You can go to the local library and find out information there or a lot of times there is a local paper. Pick that up and also look for past copies. They usually post about school activities there.

I cannt do that.. I am on a time constraint.. They called me this morning for an interview at 12 today...

do u know they are going to ask that question? in the past three years I have been on A LOT of interviews and not once have I been asked that question.

The only thing I can think of, if its diverse you can say you want to work in a diverse environment?
