Summer Weight Gain- TEachers
Does anyone else feel like they put on weight in the summer? This happens to me every year, even though I still go to the gym.
Last year I had a summer job so it was not as bad. I don't have kids, so my big plans for the days are gym, food shopping, and cooking dinner. I am not eating unhealthy either.
I am looking forward to going back to work so I can get a better routine going.

I am *definitely* looking forward to that type of routine again. You now, the one where you can't get a Starbucks at will...(my downfall).
I do much better when I have my little food packed for they day and then a planned dinner at home.

I usually lose weight during the summer because all the eating out and starbucks ever morning is cut out. ( I work in Manhattan). This year however since I am pg I GAINED!. It is going to be a shock for people who didnt' know I was pg before I left last year.

I cannot wait to get into a routine again. Basically my only function during the summer is run a few miles and make dinner.

I feel like I gained weight this summer as well. I can't wait to go back to get back into the routine of eating nothing... I did go back to the gym recently, which is good I guess.

Yep- I easily gained 10 pounds this summer! My jeans are way to snug and its back to salads for lunch next week!

i actually lost weight this summer. I've been going to the gym every morning, I love it. I'm dreading next week when school starts. It's so hard for me to go right after work and at night.
Just curious..when school starts when does everyone else go?

Me too! I don't know if my schedule is going to allow for my daily 5 mile runs when school starts :( I am hoping to maintain the loss when school starts.
