Lets discuss our goals!!!
Since we are all here to support and not judge each other, lets help each other reach our goals.
What are yours and when would you like to achieve them?
Mine: current weight- 128 goal weight- 124
go to gym 3-4x a week stay eating well feel more "fit" by end of sept
ETA: i really want to get back into a size 4. Thats just NOT happening at all right now

I am too embarrased to post my current weight but I need to get down to atleast 125.
I am on WW and need to be more serious about it as well as hit the gym atleast 2x a week (for now) since I am not going at all

I want feel good enough by the time we go away in October to wear a bikini without being self-consious about it. I joined WW and want to really focus on staying with it. I also want to make sure I keep up with exercising regularly- I usually start good, but decline quickly. Plus, I really want to be back in good shape.

I just want to maintain the weight I am at now and keep my body toned I have a history of overdoung it with calories and carbs. I wil;l eat a whole bag of candy bars if they are in front of me. I am trying to eat junk food inmoderation. I also work out 3-4 times a week either running onthe treadmill or mountain biking. I won a free gym membership so I am going to join once it gets colder outside.

Well, since I started my weight loss journey I've lost 16lbs (hoping for more at tomorrow WI).
I'd like to lose another 30, but I'll be more than happy with another 20.
I'm going to be taking (God willing) an intense 10wk Total Body Shaping course in Oct - I just hope it doesn't slow the success on the scale.
Final outcome - to feel confident again & start TTC ing early next year!

My goal is not weight loss. My goals are to buiild strength, balance and endurance. I dont lose weight the way other people do so weight loss is not a priority.

I won't post my current weight.
My goals are to: Continue walking everyday. Eat in moderation. Drink more water.
I have not had Diet soda in about 5 days and I do think that is helping.
More fruits and Veggies.

Iam looking to lose about 15lbs.
Just started the Fat Smash Diet and working out 5xs a week
I really don't have a specific time that I'd like to lose it by. I'm just going with the flow. Iam guessing that it will possibly take until November to see a drastic difference. I'm fine with that

Right now, watching what I eat. Will be back to gym come Oct, Will be in my house and settled. Lots of stress right now.

Goal:
1) Work out 3-5 times/week 2) Lose whatever weight it takes to fit into my fav jeans again - comfortably (my butt fits in, but it is not the best look ) 3) Tone
I have only gained a little weight but it is all congregating in one area (butt).

Ok, here it goes...maybe seeing it in writing will help kick start my diet!
Current weight: 150 lbs Goal weight: 130 lbs
I STILL have 15-20 lbs of pregnancy weight on me (DD will be 2 in 11 days! )
The good news is I've been working with a trainer 2X a week since May...and I've had great results. I just really need to work on my diet and get some cardio into my schedule at least 3X a week.

My short term goal is to lose another 25 lbs.
My long term goal is to lose another 70lbs. It's a long way away but I'm in no rush this time around. I'm very excited and optimistic about it though.
As far as fitness goes, I would love to be able to run longer distances. Running a marathon has always been a goal of mine. Maybe once I lose the 70 I will begin to train - once again this is a long term goal.

I'm down 24.8 lbs. Stepping off the scale today, I'm at a weight I used to consider "very heavy" when I was obsessed with weight loss.
Right now I'm looking to maintain the weight loss to stay at the weight minimum for WWers for my height.
I'd like to tone up & tighten up but to do that I'm pretty sure I'd have to excerise. I'm not really at that point but need to do it.
