Don't know what to do with your overripe bananas???
Try baking these, The Barefoot Contessa's Banana Crunch Muffins I made a batch of these today, super easy and absolutely freaking delicious!!! Really delish!!!

These are so awsome as Cat215 will agree 
I have a tip though- I have a 6 muffing tin, so I make hte batter, fill the tin, refrigerate the rest...and make them fresh the next day or the day after
