Anyone take the "Activia Challenge"
I just started eating yogurt and figured I would try this out. Anyone do this and how were your results?

It's just a new thing from Dannon yogurt that is supposed ro regulate your digestive system. They say that it will regulate you within 14 days...

I started eating activia and i really like it, but how is it supposed to regulate you, everyone sasy make you go more often?
But i wanted it to help me in that i have a horrible stomach and frequently get diarreah sp? and i feel like it helped me in that aspect so i am a little confused
