Sausage and Peppers

Does anyone know a good recipe...with sauce???

This one is in a red sauce....DH LOVES it (I don't really eat it, but it smells GREAT)

8 sausages
1 can crushed tomatoes (big can)
1 large onion, chopped
1 red pepper sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp basil,
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (or crushed red pepper)
1/2 tsp parsley
salt to tast
1 clove garlic, crushed

Cook sausage until done, set aside (whichever way you prefer....I've done it in a skillet with a touch of water, my step mom showed me that you can bake them and broil them for a little to brown them up)

Cook peppers and onions with some olive oil.
Add tomatoes, spices, garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.

Throw sausage back in (I slice the sausages up) and serve.
