I get one at least once a yr, the facials and Im going to follow this one with a full body massage.

I wish I did them more often.

I try and get a facial at least 3 times a year....messages about the same!

I am going on a cruise in Oct and I already signed up for a facial and a full body message!!

I had one facial about eight years ago and HATED IT.

I love getting massages though and always get one on vacation at least.

I've only gotten 1 facial in my life and my face was red for the entire day. My skin is way to sensitive for all the products they use.

Massages like 1-2x a year. Just got a preggo massage and it was great.

I love getting facials and massages...I usually go twic per year., but would prefer to get a facial more than that.

I found the BEST product for people who dont have the time or the money to go to the spa for a facial.

I get massages about once every 3 months. I wish it was more and my friend and I are going to try to go once a month. It probably won't work out, but we can try.

As for facials, I've gotten a few, and they are OK, but not really woth the money for me. In order for facials to really make a difference, you have to go regularly, like every other week, and I can't do that. I used to go to the dermatologist every two weeks and she would do a facial of sorts. But then I got lazy and stopped. And, all it cost me was teh $10 co-pay

Massage like two times a year; facial...once about every 3 months.
