ok Kooba girls - I have a question

I have been drooling over the Kooba Sloane in the grey color for a while, but I haven't been able to pull the trigger and actually buy it.

Today I saw a sloane in Bark - and I really liked it. Not as much as the grey but it was on sale so I figured I would go for it.

My question is - Is bark a color from last year? And I paid $380 - does that seem like a decent deal for a bag from last season (if it is last years color)?

I have a couple of Koobas and love them all. I bought a few of them at the sample sales and have paid less than $380.

I don't have an answer for you regarding the color or whether or not it is a good price. It is definitely less money then you would pay if you had bought it full price. However, what I don't understand is why you would pay $380 for a bag you don't absolutely love.

If you are spending that much, why not just go for the one you really want?!?!

no clue on the color-- I would check the Kooba site and see what their prices are for the bag, if it's reduced, it's probably an older color.

As for the price-- it depends where you bought it. At retail, I think that's a great price. At a sample sale, the most I have seen a Kooba go for is like $250 to $300- but it could have just been the styles available at that time.

I also would not pay $400 for a bag unless I was absolutely in LOVE with it!

as for the color "bark", I'm not sure I have seen it on any new koobas. you should check kooba.com
