Kooba girls I have a very important question!
Does your Kooba say "handcrafted in China"? I received my bag from ebay today, and
1. it was NWT, but there were no tags sent with the bag 2. the inside tag said handcrafted in China 3. there was a "Clothingline" stamp on the interior
Does this mean I got ripped off?

Clothingline has sample sales for Kooba in the city.
You should email them about the tags.

Coach bags are made in China, so I wouldn't doubt it! nice huh? get labor for a fraction of what it used to cost and then increase the prices!

Yes, I am giving her BAD feedback for this. It definitely smells like leather, and the inside purple definitely feels like suede. The zipper pull also is thicker at the end like Kooba is supposed to be (read that online)So I don't know...I can take pics later.

I hope you don't me saying this, but don't give her any rating yet - wait until you contact her first. give her a chance to make you happy. JMO

Oh, I already did and told her I was not happy. I asked for some sort of compensation. She said the only thing she can do is take back the bag and refund it.
I originally wrote this post frantically on Friday. But after some thought, I do think the bag is real. It is leather and most places that do sample sales stamp the bags. So why would a fake bag have a Clothingline stamp in it? So I want to keep the bag, I'm just not happy with how she represented it.
