There could be many factosr why one would be looking?
1. growth
2.more $$
3.Flexibility
4.career move
5.new challenge
6. closer to home

those are basically what I thought of but I haven't had to interview for a job in over 10 years so I am a bit rusty

You'll do fine. Depending on what you are going for. Look at sites that gives you pointer for that particular job/field.
