Anyone have a good metalof recipe? Preferably the red sauce kind..

i use the recipe on the lipton onion soup packet...but i found this one online with sauce
Meat Loaf and Sauce Recipe Meat Loaf and Sauce
1-1/2 lb. ground beef ¾ cup oats ¼ cup onion, chopped or onion powder ¾ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 1 egg, beaten ¾ cup milk
Sauce: 1 can tomato paste ¼ tsp horseradish ¼ tsp onion salt ¼ tsp prepared mustard
Meat Loaf: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour Sauce: Mix together and bring to a boil. Serve on top of the meat loaf or as a side item.

INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds lean ground beef 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup 1 onion, finely diced 1 cup rolled oats 2 eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon steak sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 3 tablespoons prepared mustard

DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, soup, chopped onion, rolled oats, eggs, steak sauce, ketchup and mustard. Mix well. Shape into a loaf, and pat Into a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour or until done.
