suckss
they make it so difficult to do anything. I was FINALLY given info about joijing the TRS and that TDA crap, and went to do it online and i have to call to inially set up everything. someone at work should do all this crap for you! this is one thing I really cant stand about NYC, you have to hunt down everything yourself

they are morons...i am still waiting to get my insurance papers (DH added me to his plan) ive had to call his payroll secretary TWICE. GHI told me that NYC is notorious for stuff like that
