Lovely town. Do you like outlet shopping? Lots of outlets.
Great restaurant heading out of town north. I can't remember the name tho. The Octagon or something like that.
ETA - Best part IMO is the drive there via Rt. 7.

I was there for a wedding just a few weeks ago, but literally all we did in Manchester was go to the church.
The reception was in Bennington, so that's where we stayed. Bennington was a really cute town though, so if Manchester's anything like it, there'll be shops to walk around and visit and lots of pretty scenery in the fall.
