Today- thought SPIN was at 5, its at 6. I didnt feel like waiting around til 6 and couldnt do any other wokout bc i only had my SPIN sneakers
Tomorrow: Maroon 5 concert

Re: Guilt trip to myself
There is no need to feel guilty! You are very dedicated to going to the gym and eating healthy and 1 week off is not going to hurt you!!
Besides, you are taking the week off for all good things - Florida, concerts, your sister's birthday (maybe not the school function!).
Life happens and we have to prioritize - in the big picture, these things are so much more fun and more important than a couple of workouts!
You should be able to relax and enjoy the time you are spending with your friends and family

Re: Guilt trip to myself
what about doing some sit ups, push ups and squats in the AM when you wake up. This way, you are still doing like 20 mins of exercise each day-- and you have less to feel guilty about.

Everyone deserves a break. It's not like you're ditching your healthy lifestyle, you're taking time out to enjoy other things which I think is just as healthy! Enjoy!! (Maroon 5, I'm jealous!)

Re: Guilt trip to myself
DOnt feel guilty working out is part of life, but life is life... if you have other things to do that is fine to miss working out a week. Plus. you will be jumping up and down at the concert and dancing and walking all around the city on Sat/Sun.. that is physical activity, maybe not the gym but you are still being active...

Re: Guilt trip to myself
I wish I had your motivation, I skip the gym every chance I get. I wouldn't stress about missing a couple of weeks.
