Re: need an easy 20 min recipe
Ravioli's parmesan
Boil water, put the ravioli's in and while they are cooking, heat sauce.
Turn oven on to broiler setting
Drain ravioli's and put in a 9X13 pirex. Pour in sauce, mix and throw some mozzerella cheese on top.
Stick in the oven until cheese is all melted.

You can do this with just broccoli, too if you don't have shrimp.

Re: need an easy 20 min recipe
tri color pasta/tortollini, a bag of broccoli/cauliflower/carrots frozen (or fresh) throw that in the last 5 min of boiling the pasta or so.
Mix with pesto sauce.
ETA: you can buy pre cooked grilled chicken strips and throw that in too

Re: need an easy 20 min recipe
quesadillas are crazy easy.....take tortillas, put chicken, cheese, maybe beans....bake in toaster oven till cheese melts.
i'm sure you could do a ham and cheese variation too or use ground beef or turkey and make taco meat
or buy an old el paso taco or fajita kit...dinner in a box

Re: need an easy 20 min recipe
I always keep a few cans of soup on hand for just such an occasion. Soup and toast is great on a chilly night like now
