Job Advice
I was offered a new job..finally Since taking this job a few months ago ago I have been uhappy. I have been interviewing and finally I was offered a position. It should be a no brainer that I take it but I am having some reservations.
The job is a standard 45 hr work week. So I am really not getting much more of a pay increase and I already negotaited salary. I will get paid for additional OT. I am losing 1 wk a year vacation time and sick time. I value these things. The company seems like a good company wth growth, very professional
My current company, no stability, most days completely unhappy. I need to make a move but just not sure this is the move to make.
Maybe I am a little gunshy because the last move I made has not turned out well. I am just trying to be smart about this.
Any suggestions, ideas would be great

Re: Job Advice
Nobody can make this decision for you. Some things to consider:
From your post, it doesn't sound like you were unhappy with the salary, so a modest increase shouldn't be a deterrent.
Is the discontentment you feel with your current position more, less, or equally important than the extra time off?
Do you think there are other opportunities out there that might give you the job you want while letting you keep the perks you enjoy?
Does the new job actually put you in a better situation regarding the things that make you unhappy about your current job?
I'm sure you've already thought of these, but just in case...
Good luck, whatever you decide!
