OK, who else didnt do childbirth classes???
I swore i was gonna go since i found out it was free for me at Mercy since i work there. But the first week of classes i wound up admitted for kidney stones, the second week i still felt weak and not right so i didnt go, and now this week I am just too darn exhausted. I know i prob waited too long to even sign up, but now at 35 weeks, after working 8 hrs on my feet all day, I cannot find the energy to leave work and then drive back at 8pm to 10 pm to sit thru these classes.
So i guess i'm gonna do like all the millions of women did before me and just let nature (and the nurses in L&D) take its course... Anyone else not take the classes??????????

I went to 1/2 of the classes before I went into pre-term labor. So in the end, I used what I remembered. I thought it helped me & DH. In the end, the nurses were the biggest help.

We didn't have time to take any classes with both of our work schedules. I am glad that we didn't waste the time and the money because your body is amazing and seems to know what to do and how to do it. I couldn't believe the things that the body is capable of!

I didnt- but I cant tell you whether or not I wouldve needed it cuz I ended up with a sched c-section
