Need recipes for a crock pot...

Anyone have anything that I can put in when I leave for work in the morning and have done when I get home from work?

McCormick makes packets of spice mixes w/recipes on the back for the slow cooker. We made the Italian Herb Chicken tonight. Delish and super easy. I think they have one for beef stew, chili, and pot roast. Can't wait to try them all.

i do pot roast in there... i buy a 2 1/2 or 3 pound roast. i use a bag of baby carrots ( so i don't have to spend time cutting them up!), one onion cut up, and a couple potatoes cut up into big chunks. then, i add one cup of water, and one cup of beef broth. let it cook for about 8 hours and you have your whole meal ready when you get home i usually add some salt and other spices before i eat it.

ALSO... its just DH and i, and this makes enough so that we get two meals out of it. i just put leftovers in the fridge and a couple days later put them in a pan and heat them up in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. comes out just as good as the first night!
