17 days?
I have 17 days til we leave for our trip to Jamaica.
I haven't gained any weight-- but the last few weeks I did not get to the gym basically at all, and eating has been out of control due to major family stuff and not being at work, staying with our family, etc.
I am back on the horse hard core before the trip-- is it possibly to bounce back and maybe even drop a couple pounds for the trip? I also want to get some more of the muscle definition back.
Tell me it won't all be in vain!!

ok, I mean, I am not trying to lose 20 lbs here, just get my arse back in gear, and maybe lose 2 to 4 lbs in the process-- AND see a bit of a difference and not feel so jiggly

Absolutely!!! And honestly, even if you don't necissarily notice much of a difference in your appearance (we are always our own worst critics) you will feel much better!!

OK... 15 days left. I have had two great work outs the last two days and eating is on track. Starting to see the muscle definition come back a little so, hopefully I will look and feel great in two weeks.
