Low fat lentil soup

The only "fat" I can think of that goes into my lentil soup would be the olive oil I saute the onion & garlic in ... the rest is just lentils, carrots, celery, tomato, lentils and water (or fat free chicken broth).
I make it in the pressure cooker and it only takes 10 mins. Made some last night but also added some ditalini.
