Salisbury steak
I need a recipe for Salisbury steak, if possible with no mushrooms. Anyone have anything???

I take chopped meat, add some breadcrumbs and a egg to it and spices...kind of like meatloaf.
Form into burgers, brown in a deep frying pan, then add canned gravy, onion and mushrooms to the burgers. Let cook until meet is cooked.
You can leave out the mushrooms
