Lunch
What do you ladies usually eat for lunch? I usually pack a lunch for work, and I'm starting to get bored with everything. What's a healthy lunch that I could bring to work?

I make a sandwich every day..
two pieces of lite bread
Hummus (2 Tablespoons)
Sun dried tomatoes
Black beans (2 Tablespoons)
Slice of soy cheese
arugula
With some baby carrots (4 oz) and a small apple.

I usually have tuna salad with low-fat mayo on 1/2 of a whole wheat wrap with a side of mixed greens.

If I bring hot food for lunch I like to bring grilled chicken with steamed string beans or broccoli with a drizzle of flax sead oil or olive oil. That is my most healthy lunch.
