I don't usually eat breakfast during the week. I drink a lot of green tea in the morning that fills me up.
If I do eat breakfast, I usually have 2 slices of bacon (I follow a low carb plan).

Toasted whole wheat bagel with egg white and cheese. Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day!

egg whites and turkey on whole wheat.....or a 1/2 cup of grape nuts trail mix cereal
ETA: but my breakfast is my dinner (b/c I go to sleep around 10am after working the night shift). and dinner is my breakfast....strange, I know. But cooking steak and potatoes just seems strange to me at 8:00am...and making eggs and turkey is even weirder at 10:00pm.

It varies since I'm home with DD in the morning I can actually cook if I want. Today was light. I had a light english muffin with a little bit of cream cheese. Saving room for Halloween dinner at friends.
Sometimes I'll make egg white omlettes, waffles, cereal, etc. It varies.
