Ladies Workout Express
My New Year's Goal is to lose some weight and I know I need to join a gym. I belonged to Curves for 2 years and while it worked I got tired of them. That cirucit idea does work for me, but I want at least some change.
Does anyone have any experience with Ladies Workout Express? Would you recommend them? I would probably join the one in Bellmore.

Danielle used to belong to the one in wantagh....She liked it. Not sure about the one in Bellmore. I know where it is but I dont know of anyone that ever went there.

i use to go to the one in garden city south on nassau blvd... cheaper then curves and they were good... you get the circuit during part of the day, exercise classes durring other parts... then they have treadmills and weight equipment... overall i liked them
