How do I get past that initial plateau?
I started WW on 12/27 and lost about 5 pounds so far. I'm pretty sure it's mainly water weight but still happy about it. But now I've reached that dreaded slow down in weight loss. In fact, I haven't lost any this week, not even half a pound. I know it's a gradual process, but it's hard to stay motivated when I don't see the results on the scale. It's just frustrating and makes me want to give up.
So what do you do to move past that plateau? Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA!

I've always found that increasing protein, and decreasing carbs has helped. Also, drink a lot of water. This might be slowing the weight loss down.

Do you workout? If so, change up your routine. Thats what i had to do.
Of you arent working out, you should incorporate that into your weight loss routine
